Adam Fairchild, Vicar - Campus Ministry
Adam Fairchild serves as the Pastoral Associate for Campus Ministry at Abiding Presence Lutheran Church. He is currently completing his final year of studies in the Master of Divinity (M.Div.) program at Princeton Theological Seminary. Adam is originally from Hampstead, Maryland, and he graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2020 with a B.A. in History and a Minor in Spanish. Adam is a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Westminster, Maryland, and he is a Candidate for Ordination to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament in the ELCA under the care of the Delaware-Maryland Synod.
Adam is especially passionate about Lutheran theology and preaching, as well as pastoral care ministries. Adam loves to talk about and listen to stories of how God shows up in our lives, and to explore what faith and discipleship mean in our daily lives. In his free time, Adam likes to read, cook, root for Baltimore-based sports teams, and spend time with his fiancée, Miriam, and their greyhound, Ranger.
